About Us

Refined Therapy & Wellness is an online educational platform focused on women’s health including pregnancy and postpartum-related issues, pain disorders, incontinence, and breast cancer recovery.

Our courses, community, and coaching are designed to support women in addressing common female health challenges and fostering hope for recovery. By advocating, educating, empowering, preventing and preparing our clients, we aim to enhance each individual’s quality of life.

We also provide information on preventative measures to reduce the occurrence or recurrence of pelvic floor issues, emphasizing a holistic and multidisciplinary approach.

Our team is dedicated to exceptional service, connection, and ongoing education for women and mothers in the black and brown community. We are committed to advancing healthcare in the United States, aspiring to make pelvic floor education and awareness a standard practice for all.

Dr. Chryston and Dr. NaPortia, both mothers and rehabilitation specialists, are passionate about the five pillars they established upon founding Refined Therapy & Wellness in 2015: Advocate, Educate, Empower, Prepare, and Prevent for every client and follower.
